When it comes to shipping we make sure to ship your package within 3 business days. All shipments go out Monday-Friday. We will be closed for major holidays and any orders made before or during the holiday will be shipped the next business day. However, we’d love to hear from you, you can always contact our customer service team to discuss your request.

QBS COFFEE can ship to Australia with an Express or standard POST services for orders to all capital cities and major regions. Delivery times may vary according to order size and delivery location. Once you place an order, we will estimate the way of shipping and deliver dates and time based on the availability of your coffee items and shipping option you choose, the cost and the time may appear on your order page. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Terms and condition

 

Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note we only do refunds when customers received shipment of wrong or damaged products, as well as short shipment of products from a consignments.  If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Alternatively, phone us directly to discuss your request.

We reserve the right to remove all links or any particular link to our Website. Your approval to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to accept your order or not with any terms and conditions which is according to our business policy at any time. How big are your coffee bags?  Do you offer different sizes?

All of our coffee is sold in 250g /500g/ 1kg bags at this time.

Do you have a cafe or retailer store to sell or taste different coffee?

We have a barista training centre in the heart of Brisbane CBD, where we offer coffee brewing training courses as well as cupping or tasting different coffee during the week days business time.  We have not placed our coffee in any store yet, however we are planning open to our café in the future.

Can I pay cash or pick up from your location?

To follow up on the last question, we don’t have a store front yet, but you can visit our training centre to pay and pick your coffee order. Alternatively, you can order online and have it delivered to your door. 

I like pre-ground coffee for home used. Can you grind my coffee?

Yes!  We can grind your coffee for a certain machine or brew method to suit your need. Just leave us a note or contact us by phone or email. 

How do you source your coffee? Where do you roast your coffee?

Sourcing excellent coffee involves a network of relationships in the global specialty coffee community. As a small coffee roasting business, we work very closely with our key partners, who work closely with different coffee farming producers and others globally to source quality coffee.  We freshly roast our coffee weekly at a co-op roasting facility in Brisbane.
